Spectrum Lighting has always encouraged sending project samples and new product sample cases quickly and at minimal charge. In order to continue this policy we plan to streamline the process further.
The terms of Spectrum’s sample policy effective 1/1/19, will include the following:
- All samples will be shipped and billed with 90 day terms. Samples will be billed at the standard 80% sample rate, unless deemed to be at no charge.
- At 90 days you can return the sample for full credit. If more time is needed, it can simply be requested in writing with the time period required.
- All samples awarded jobs will have a credit memo issued. The end user can also elect to pay the invoice and keep the sample as well.
- All representatives will be responsible for sample invoices past the 90 day period if no contact has been made.
